The next installment of Tiesto’s flurry of off-the-cuff announcements as of late came to fruition last Saturday, with the blessed union of Mr. & Mrs. Blaine Sullivan. After challenging fans for their DJ Mag votes, releasing a trap EP on Musical Freedom, promising a future return to trance EP with M.I.K.E., and then ending with a “Get Married By Tiesto” contest…many thought Tijs had gone off the deep end, and even more questioned his sincerity and the legitimacy of his claims…
Well, the Dutchman came through this weekend on perhaps the most absurd of all his announcements and officiated his first wedding in Las Vegas. Who knows, maybe this will become an uber-VIP ticket option for his upcoming Vegas shows?
