Daft Punk Premier New Single “Lose Yourself To Dance” During MTV’s VMAs

Daft Punk is back in the news, this time on MTV’s Video Music Awards. If you’re going to tease a single release with a music video, what better place to do so than a network that, at some point in the history of man, has aired music videos? Throwback. Earlier tonight, prior to the presentation of Best Female Video, Daft Punk, Pharrel Williams, and Nile Rodgers presented a short, one minute teaser video of “Lose Yourself To Dance”. Easily one of the stronger tracks on Random Access Memories, it has been known for some time that “Lose Yourself To Dance” would be the second official single off of the critically acclaimed album. The video is quite similar to the “Get Lucky” video that was shown earlier this year prior to the album release. Everything and everyone in this video is very flashy and shiny. Swag for days, obviously. Check out the video below
