In the days following Thanksgiving, the worldwide trance family made a strong representation at San Bernardino’s NOS Events Center, where Insomniac Events held their inaugural edition of Dreamstate. This event, which sold out well in advance, was the first ever of its kind in the United States—an affair dedicated entirely to trance in all of its glorious forms. Many of the genre’s leading artists showed up in full force to treat trance fans to two nights of unforgettable music and dancing. Aly & Fila, John O’Callaghan, Bryan Kearney, and Paul Van Dyk were just a few of many to celebrate trance beauty.
Whether you were part of the handful of lucky attendees to experience this magnificent event or simply just want to hear the sets that took place that weekend, we’ve got good news for you. Many of the sets, whether recorded live or re-recorded in studios after the event, are now available online. For the lucky trance family members in Northern California, Insomniac will be bringing the event to San Francisco’s Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in January of 2016. The lineup will include trance big wigs such as Cosmic Gate, Gareth Emery, Markus Schulz, Paul Oakenfold and many more.
